Corporate Training

One on One

Technology is everywhere.

Our students are digital natives. They are growing up in a world where they have been interacting with technology their entire lives. We are educating 21st Century Learners.

The introduction or emerging of digital technologies in Physical Education does not seek to replace physical activity; it aims to help explore physical activity. Technology becomes like any other tool in the PE teachers toolkit, useful for whenever the situation demands it, never just for the sake of it.

Physical educators today are expected to have a deep understanding of how educational technologies can assist students in linking specific physical fitness knowledge and concepts to measuring, interpreting, and prescribing appropriate fitness activities. Using digital tools such as pedometers, heart rate monitors, and exergames in physical education classes can provide creative and motivating ways to engage in and monitor physical activity.
